Your capacity to influence others evolves over time.

Even without consciously working at it, you invariably perceive what works well for you, in what context and with what kinds of people. And hopefully, you intuitively adjust the way you interact with others.

However, your influencing abilities will improve faster if you proceed in a more conscious manner. This wealth of knowledge will then be available for you to make further successful adjustments to the way you influence and inspire others.
