4. Manage progress strategically
Now that the execution of your plan has begun, the biggest mistake would be to put it on the back burner!
To stay organized and predictable, it is essential to regularly review your progress by validating what has been achieved, whether the plan for the remaining work still stands or needs to be adjusted.
It is also imperative to assess whether there are any new risks that could cause you trouble or whether any have been eliminated.
