5. Learn to improve decision making

In the previous sections, we introduced you to proven practices for improving team decision- making.

There is still one last step that we must not neglect.

It is a matter of setting aside time to periodically evaluate the quality of the decisions made together in order to identify areas for improvement.

Indeed, in this field, as in all that concerns management and leadership, we can always do better. On the one hand, because the ways of doing things must evolve as the team matures. On the other hand, because without monitoring, you could repeat practices that are less than optimal.

So, here are some things to think about when you step back and assess whether you and your team have done everything possible to make good decisions.
