3. The team imperatives
Forming a successful team depends in large part on the quality of the relationships between the members of a team, as we have already seen.
In large part, but not solely, this is because a lasting sense of belonging requires more than courteous relationships and the goodwill of team members. It requires common goals and successes, the likelihood of which increases with the adoption of rigorous collaborative practices.
We all want to be part of a winning team, don’t we?
