The way we work together has just as much potential to lead us to success as to failure. It is not enough to bring together talented people full of goodwill for effective teamwork to emerge naturally. Research carried out by Team Coaching International (TCI), a firm specializing in this field, shows that less than 12% of teams consider themselves as high performing. Something to think about.

I’ve been part of different teams for more years than I dare count, and have been responsible for large-scale teams. I have been TCI-certified since 2016, and I still support management teams. I designed this course to bring together all my observations, training and experience in this field.
