1. How to make a behavioural change
If you are passionate about your personal and professional development, you are looking for tools, new practices and methods to improve yourself. Some tools, once learned, can be applied at the first opportunity.
However, when the change you need to make is more profound and requires you to change some of your habits and behaviours, implementing a better way of working can be difficult.
For example, you know you need to improve your ability to delegate. After taking a training course, you are convinced of the validity of the method you have learned. However, will you be able to apply it at the right time? Do you have habits that prevent you from following the steps correctly?
Understanding a new approach rationally does not mean that it will be easy to adopt.
