Introduction
If you are aware of this training, it means that you have already decided to make a change, to behave differently. This is certainly the first essential step in your development!
However, you know that change is not that easy. Even if you rationally understand how you should behave in order to improve yourself and have a positive impact on others, even if you deeply feel the desire to evolve, change remains difficult.
In fact, over time and through experience, you have developed habits that have served you quite well. These habits are deeply rooted in your brain. This is why you repeat the same behaviours over and over again, even if some of them now cause you problems or even suffering.
Also, to change, it is necessary to create and reinforce new automatisms. And it is not enough to rationally understand the new behaviours to adopt. It is also necessary to detect the triggers, to be attentive to a habit that is about to manifest itself… and to decide to do otherwise.
What follows is an introduction on how to make these new practices automatic.
